Refund Policy

At Fearful, we take pride in the quality and detail of every piece we drop. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ve got your back—with some simple guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags must still be attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

To start a return or exchange, email us at thefearfulstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition items

  • Returns requested after 14 days

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not cover return shipping unless there was a mistake on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Lost Packages

Fearful is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, contact the carrier first. If you're stuck, reach out—we’ll do what we can to help.
